The traditional profession has the important social economy status in our country, passed through the long-term development, and our country's traditional profession has already formed a complete profession system. Today, developing highly in the science and technology, especially after our country joined WTO in particular, on the one hand our country's traditional profession is facing the huge opportunity and the challenge, and need transformation and the promotion urgently, on the other hand because technical level relative backwardness and some constitutive contradiction, the traditional profession promotion transformation in our country is cannot get it done in a moment. Facing such situation, adding the merger and reorganization tide in the recent year of our country, a lot of traditional companies, stemming from the different reason, have chosen the merger and reorganize in abundance to solve the problem in the company. The traditional enterprises' carrying on merger and reorganization is our country's the main way which the industrial promotion and the resources optimize. The traditional listed companies' merger and reorganization is the most prominent performance in the traditional enterprises' merger and reorganization. In the merger and reorganization process, whether the traditional listed companies which carried on the merger reorganize has obtained the anticipated effect truly? How much they obtained the achievement? What the factors of influencing the achievements? How to weaken and eliminate these influencing factors? These are all our country tradition listed companies need to solve urgently in the process of merger and reorganization.The textile industry is the most representative industry in the traditional profession, therefore, this article take the textile industry listed companies to conduct the real diagnosis research as the sample. Using the principal components analytic method to structure a model to calculate the synthesis score of merger and reorganization, and analysis the merger and reorganization's achievement from three levels, draws the conclusion, regarding this and planted the reason which the real diagnosis result produced to carry on the analysis. This article, through the analysis which carries on to the sample companies' merger and reorganization, see the problems of merger and reorganization of the traditional listed companies in perspective, and propose the countermeasure and the suggestion of solving the problems accounting to the traditional listed companies' present situation.
