China's State-owned Enterprise Reform Theory

The China state-owned enterprise reformation is the engine and important component of the China economic structure reformation. This text had an idea that by way of clearing up the theory of our country state-owned enterprise reformation, analyzing the major focal point of theory argument, and appraising and inquiring into the important theory argument among them, it is in the hope of benefiting to the further reformation and development of the state-owned enterprise to some extent.Taking the important history incidents as the boundary, I divided the reformation of the China state-owned enterprise into three stages .The period of 1978—1984 is the first stage, It is the chief economic thoughts of this stage that from criticizing the most ultra-left theory of"Gang of Four"turns to the knowledge and criticism of defect to the traditional planned economy system itself .The years between 1984 to 1997 is the second stage, The file—<> which is made in the Third plenary session of the 12th central committee of CPC is served as the mark, and the state-owned enterprise reformation has also entered a new stage.
