Private Investment Mechanisms To Promote Shaanxi Development Of Private Enterprises

In recent years, Chinese private enterprise is rising quickly, and the private investment increases continuously. But the growth rate of the private investment begins to descend and the development of the private enterprise is restricted because of the policy, the system market and the mainbody of the private investment. Synchronously, as the laggard province in the region of the China west, Shaanxi have many problems in nongovernmental investment mechanism and the private enterprise with the overweighed public system and the lower- degree market system.Through adopting the classical investment theories and the analysis methods including qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, system analysis and case analysis, this paper analyzes the actuality of domestic and nongovernmental investment in Shaanxi with the nongovernmental investment mechanism as the logic frame. And this paper emphasize the current problems like the business cultural absence, limited fund-born, motive mechanism deficiency, market competition insufficiency, and unhealthy harmony mechanism, withdraw mechanism scarcity etc. Then using the experience of Wenzhou nongovernmental investment mechanism promoting the development of private enterprise for reference, this paper develops the frame of Shaanxi nongovernmental investment mechanism promoting the development of private enterprise. This frame comprises the following six aspects: to remold Shaanxi cultural for guiding the development of private enterprise; to perfect funds-born mechanism for widening the financing channel; to activate the motive mechanism for extending the private enterprise scale; to boost the market competition mechanism for optimizing the development environment of the private enterprise; to perfect the harmony mechanism for the healthy development of the private enterprise and to set up the withdraw mechanism for promoting benign circle of private capital.The annotation for nongovernmental investment mechanism and the inscapes of it is propitious to study the nongovernmental investment mechanism. And this paper advances the framework that nongovernmental investment mechanism promotes the development of private enterprise in Shaanxi which advice the correlative development for the nongovernmental investment mechanism and private enterprise in Shaanxi.
