| For a long period of time, the higher education is puzzled by the scarce of capital in our country. With the increasing of university students, the lagged logistics establishment, simple and crude lodging is the bottleneck for the development of higher education. The favorable measures that alleviate the scarce and short of capital are to shift the traditional and single financial investment education system of government to diversification of investment and running school, this is also the basic strategy for raising money of educational outlay in the process of constructing market economy in china.In order to study nongovernmental capital that invest on university logistics facilities construction of universities, the thesis firstly analyze the current status and plight of infrastructure investment in universities, and then fix the definition of nongovernmental capital. Especially based on the analysis on deposit scale and economic development of nongovernmental capitals in Qingdao, use the successful experiences of nongovernmental capital investment for reference, we come up with some inspires on nongovernmental capital investment, then further analyze the institutional obstacles and technical difficulties, so we put forward some countermeasures about these difficulties and obstacles.Based on the above, we apply the elements and method of game theory to analyze the relationship between nongovernmental capital and universities, quoting the viewpoint of Xielin, we think the cooperation between nongovernmental capital and universities is a dual gainful game. At the same time, we analyze the four patterns of nongovernmental capital movement one by one, bring forward the viewpoint that the relatively mature pattern BOT is adaptive for the nongovernmental capital investment on university. In this thesis, we also take the nongovernmental capital investment on logistics of Qingdao Technological University for example to demonstration analysis. |
