Shareholding Reform Of Agricultural Bank Of China Research

The agriculture bank of china have contributed to Chinese economics development and financial reform from then on and have developed a lot after more than twenty years reform. But it still suffer from non-performing loads, low capital abundance and bad pay-off level. According to our promise when entering WTO, national treatment will be given to foreign banks in 2006.At that time, foreign banks will impose great challenge on our banks by right of their superiority. So it is imperative to improve competition power of the agriculture bank of china for surviving and developing.Through the theory, reasoning and evidence, this paper demonstrates that shareholding reform is the best way to resolve problems and modernize the agriculture bank of china in the condition of the bank of china and the construction bank of china have reformed successfully. In addition, it explores measures on how to reform completely and deeply based on reform and development on the base of the experience of foreign bank and in the theory of management of company and property rights.
