The Research On The Problems Of State-Owned Comercial Bank In Xiangxi Area After Their Shareholding Reform

After the Chinese banking industry entered into WTO, they accelerate their steps of marketization. The Shareholding Reform is a indispensable part of the marketization of the State-Owned Commercial Bank of China. Now, we have a big achievement in the reform,but we can not ignore the problems in the reform.Xiangxi is less developed, and the problems of the stated-owned commercial bank in XiangXi Area in their stockholding reform are special. Economic theory of property rights and company governing theory are the foundational theories of shareholding reform of the State-Owned Commercial Bank in China, so this thesis states that firstly. Then this thesis describes the process of shareholding reform of the State-Owned Commercial Bank in China. This thesis also takes a case study of XiangXi branch of industrial and commercial bank of China. To clear the problems in the reform of XiangXi area, this thesis carried out many methods, such as statistics, asking questionnaire, seeking the information on the internet etc.There are problems with the relationship between government policy and market driven, corporate structure, excitation mechanism, risk-control mechanism, human resource building and service capability.All the problems are caused by cloud on title and corporate governance defect. Finally, this thesis advances some advices about the problems.
