Moreover, through analyzing the management philosophy of pursing profit over values in the private enterprises , and using Shandong Xianglong Group to illustrate the process and method of building a value-driven corporate culture, the thesis highlights the importance of value transformation and the significance of cultural reinvention for the growth, health and longevity of private enterprise. Specifically, the thesis analyzed the cultural innovation of Shandong Xianglong Group systematically, summarized the core factors in the enterprise cultural reinvention. It explained the significance of value transformation for cultural innovation in private enterprises, clarified the necessity of transforming the existing culture into the value-driven culture. The detailed study of the process of cultural reinvention through building a value-driven culture in Shandong Xianglong Group has yielded valuable insights for the growth and development of private enterprise.
