The 6σ management is a new model of Quality Control and it has made dramatic affection of quality improvement. Many managers try to implement the 6σ in their company, because they think it may improve the productivity and the efficiency. But many attempts are failed because the 6σ is such a so complicated system.The Toshiba Dalian attempt to implement 6σ in 1999.From 1999 to 2003, the MI movement had expanded to the entire company, but the outcome is not as good as anticipation.
