The Study Of Influence Factors And Comprehensive Evaluation On Regional Product Quality

Juran said that the twentieth Century is the century of productivity, the twenty-firstCentury is the century of quality, quality is the most peaceful and effective weapon to occupyof the market. At present, our country has entered the new normal economic development. Inthe new economic environment, the quality of the products has become not only the securityof material life, but also the power to promote economic and social development; quality is animportant factor affecting the national economy. But at present our country product qualityproblems occur frequently, the safety of people’s lives and property is threatened. Thesefrequent quality problem, not only reveals the parts production enterprises seek nothing butprofits, lack of ethics, but also shows the lack of supervision by local government.This paper takes the regional product quality as the object of study, based on the detaileddescribes the related concept of regional product quality, describes the present situation of thedomestic and foreign products quality and realistic significance. Through analyzing theinfluence of the external environment of enterprise production starting, analysis of the factorsinfluencing the quality of various products. Through the analysis of policy, economy, society,technology, environment, law six aspects, selected influence factors, constructs the evaluationindex system of the quality of regional products.Scoring the influencing factors through the degree of importance by11experts, and usethe method of grey relational analysis, determine the key factors affecting the regionalproduct quality problems, and use the interpretative structural modeling method, to analyzethe relationship between these factors and research in from the point of view of system.Results show that science and technology expenditure, the local GDP and tax policy is thebiggest role of affecting the quality of regional products. And each influencing factor does notexist independently, the interaction effect between them, thus increasing the harm, the nature,the problems of quality judgment and processing analysis, complexity. Quality problems are to generate the integrated effect of mutual combination of the factors of the results.Finally, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, combining the index system offactors influencing the quality of regional products, then established of comprehensiveevaluation of regional product model. Three levels of scoring by experts of various factors onthe impact of Shandong Province, and calculated according to the weight of each factor thatimage, get the product quality level in Shandong province is good.The article first selects the factors influencing the quality of regional products affect theindex system, and then analysis the influencing factors and calculating the weight of eachindex, and finally establish a regional comprehensive evaluation model of product quality.Carries on the analysis to empirically examine the rating model through the product qualitystatus of Shandong Province, from the test results, the rating model has strong effectivenessand operability, provide reference suggestions for improving regional product quality, has thestrong practical significance and guidance function.
