| Based on analyzing the stock and transportation subsystem of the regional logistics, this paper put out that should pay attention to the characteristic of the communications and transportation network while dividing in the area logistics; Transport management is proved that is the most feasible , aptest controlling and most obvious optimum way of logistics enterprise ;Further investigating LRP issue, C-W heuristic with an fuzzy appointment has been provided to solve the model of vehicle routing planning ;While selecting site of storage, we utilize the baumol-wolfe model under the influence of the economic scale and transportation; Analyzing various kinds of and transport mode, draw the optimum stock and transportation scheme considering the restriction of transporting and the stock each other. |
