As China becomes the member of WTO, banks of china will meet more challenges from foreign banks. If they want to be a winner in the more fierce market competition, they must speed up the pace of constructing their own information system. Customer relationship management is an e-commerce solution which can prompt the market competition ability by managing customer's data, and the major technologies of CRM are data warehouse and data mining. In foreign countries data mining has been applied in banks abundantly, on the contrary the application of data mining in Chinese banks is developing now. From the above we can see that the application of these technologies will prompt the speeding of information construction of our banks and the applicative level of CRM.The paper firstly explains the definitions and relationship of data warehouse and CRM, which is through studying the theory and technology of data mining. And by analyzing the application necessary and situation of data mining in our commercial bank, the paper discusses the establishment and start using about it. Then the author explicates data analysis method of data mining in our commercial bank. By taking data analysis method and data mining technology into commercial bank examples, the paper analyses these practical examples finally.
