AiKeXing Group company is a new private enterprise which produces the anti-aids medicine and function health products. Sale of the company health produces is placed in the market to expand the stage, so it has the realistic necessity to carry on marketing mode .This article systematically analyzed the characteristic of the political law environment, economic environment, social cultural environment and health products' market, furthermore it compared thetwo marketing modes——shop marketing and non-shopmarketing——in the marketing channels. First, in the concrete designproject, the article described totally the product strategy, price strategy, marketing channel and the strategy of promoting sales of the AiKeXing Group company, Next, Combined the advantage of the AiKeXing Group company itself and the development trend of the international, domestic markets of health care articles to design a set of marketing project :It isdivided into two parts——home and abroad. The abroad one has thecharacter that the expending cost is low, uses electronic commerce, adopt the virtual marketing team , and the home one orders the beginning from residents' net ,extends outward step by step, fills up the blank market of health food. It is highly invigorative, highly healthy and highly humanistic. Those who sell more will become the company employees. To guarantee the marketing mode carry out triumphantly, this study advised we should carry out the protected system in the organizational guarantee, the technology guarantee,logistics guarantee etc. Aspect impiement guarantee mechanism.
