Customer-delivered-value is one of the important theories of marketing, it believes that customers will buy from the firm that offers not low price but high customer delivered value (CDV). Improving customer delivered value is the only way to improve customer satisfaction and core-competitiveness. Now CDV has been widely applied in west banking, but it has not been adopted in our country's banking. The Agricultural Bank of China is an important component of our banking as one of the four state-owned commercial banks. How to improve CDV is an urgent problem that must be solved by the Agricultural Bank of China in the face of fierce banking competition.In this paper, first, we have analyzed CDV of the Agricultural Bank of China, and pointed out the lack of CDV management. Secondly, we have offered the strategy and principle of improving CDV. Finally, we have evaluated the implementing effect. We will get some revelations of banking marketing in our country by analyzing CDV system of the Agricultural Bank of China, that is the purpose and significance of this paper.
