Leading Agricultural Enterprises Of Food Safety Production Influencing Factors

In recent years, because of the serious food safety situation and the enlarged negative impact of food safety events to global economy, all countries have been taking food safety problems more seriously. Although, the supervising system of food safety has been shaped, the monitoring of food safety problems has been strengthened; the problem of food safety and the food safety matters of food enterprises, especially agricultural leading enterprises are still very in our country. Under such a background, taking agricultural leading enterprises of Zhejiang Province as a research object, this dissertation analyzes various factors, which influence the food safety processing, and put forward to some policy suggestions, through the research of food processing of agricultural leading enterprises of Zhejiang Province. This thesis is comprised of the following seven parts.The first part, briefly explains the background and the meaning of the research limits the definition of agricultural leading enterprise, confirm the intention, the contents and the frame of this thesis.The second part, this paper reviews the evolution of food safety, then compares the food safety supervising of developed countries, developing countries and China, also the supervising to food processing enterprises, summarizes the fruits of the research on food safety supervising of food processing enterprises, factors influenced food safety, the consumers' food safety, the behavior of food safety processing enterprises.The third part, this thesis, being combined with food safety of enterprises, summarizes the theory which the research bases, including theory of motivation, behavior of economic, quality management, market failure, supply and demand.The fourth part, briefly analyzes the situation of food industry of our country, the situation and problems of agricultural leading enterprises of Zhejiang Province, and analyzes the facing problems of food safety of agricultural leading enterprises of Zhejiang.The fifth part, used the investigation data to analyze the factors influencing food safety processing of agricultural leading enterprises of Zhejiang Province, and drew the preliminary relation between the factors and food safety processing of agricultural leading enterprises of Zhejiang Province.The sixth part, using Logistic Model to analyze the various factors which influence food safety processing wish and food safety standard adopting wish of agricultural leading enterprises of Zhejiang Province, this thesis confirms the factors direction of influencing and the influencing degree, explains the economic explanation of all factors.The seventh part, based on analysis the above theory and the investigation, summarizes the research conclusion, put forward to the corresponding suggestions.
