Since now, the HACCP system is considered to be the most economic and efficient means that control the food-source hazards by CAC, which is commonly used aim at the food problem prevention now. Along with the development of the food industry, the enhancement of people' demand for food safety, it has been an overwhelming trend to pass the HACCP certification for the corporations in our nation. Owing to the condition that the capability of the corporations in our nation is different and the food industry is lagging the developed countries in the world, it is necessary for our government to adopt some laws and some policies so as to prompt the development of HACCP system in our nation. Therefore, It is meaningful to do some research to analyze the cost and income of the corporations which have adoped the HACCP system. From the analyse, we can find the factors that affect the adopment of the HACCP system for the corporations.In the end we put forwand to some suggestions based on the above analyse,which can accelerate the development of the HACCP system in our nation.The research of HACCP influence is normal and maturities in developed country. However the research of our country is still on the technique level. Our research use the foreigner's methods to measure the costs and benefits of HACCP. We use this method to study the food plant that had already passed the attestation of HACCP in Zhejiang province. On this foundation, we use the Logit mode to study the factor that influence the will of food plant to pass the attestation of HACCP. According to the research conclusion, put forward the policy suggestion. This text is total to is divided into seven.Chapter 1, The brief elucidation of research background, methods and data sources, research purpose and research contents, research logic.Chapter 2, Overview the domestic and international scholar produces in the business enterprise food safety, the government rules system affects to the business enterprise, the methods to measure the costs and benefits of HACCP.Chapter 3, Overview the theories of this text include: business enterprise motive theories, enterprise behavior economics theories, the theories of the supervision of food enterprise.Chapter 4, We describe the total character of the enterprise make use of 158 business enterprises inquisition data, analysis factor that influence the will of food plant to pass the attestation of HACCP. Analysis the basic and economic characteristic of business enterprise. Introduce the basic Character of the typical enterprise.Chapter 5, We use the foreigner's methods to measure the costs and benefits of HACCP. We design the method with the foreigner's methods and innovation. We calculate the cost and benefits of HACCP of the case enterprise.Chapter 6, Analyze how the factors affect the willings to pass the HACCP certifications for the food producing corporations by the Logistic model, and gives some economic expiations to the results.Based on the above theorytic and virtual analyse, Chapter 7 does some conclusions on the research and put forward to some relative policy suggestions.
