Along with the science and technology changing quickly, the vigorous development of the knowledge economy, the 'war' that contests the talented person has been launched in the whole world. In recent years, the market economies in our country develop rapidly, the massive fluidity of the marketing personnel already became the biggest problem for every corporation. Thus, stands in the angle of the enterprise HRM, they are supposed to analyze the condition, the consequence and the reason of this problem, and then propose the effective measures urgently.Firstly, this article introduces the marketing personnel's characters. Then we discuss the key concept of the running off and the corresponding bad consequences along with it. On the basis, we further analyze the reasons that bring about the above consequences and obtain four aspects that influence the marketing personnel's running off, namely, the external environment factor, individual factor, the supervisor factor and the internal management factor. Among these four factors, since the variety and the uncontrollability of the external environment factor, supervisor factor and the individual factor, we have to attach the importance to the internal management. Lastly, this paper put forward several measures aiming at enterprise culture, training, performance management, welfare, career development and system to against the marketing personnel's running off.
