As economic globalization develops deeply, all the enterprises shouldcontact ineluctable international society. So more and more enterprises havebeen internationalizing. With the economy development and energy lack ofChina, Chinese petroleum enterprises should look for the opportunity of themultinational management in the foreign countries. The thesis has conduct astudy and probed into Chinese petroleum enterprise internationalization infour aspects.Chapter 1 analyses the reason that Chinese petroleum enterprises carryon the multinational management in two aspects, such as the economic safetyof China, the intrinsic factor of the petroleum enterprise.Chapter 2 reviews relevant theories about transnational corporationmanagement, include theories of international trade, theory of foreign directinvestment, theory of the business enterprise internationalization developmentand theory of national competitive advantage.Chapter 3 reviews the history that Chinese petroleum enterprises carryon multinational management and present condition they should face duringthe course of carrying on the multinational management. Chapter 4 is about the contrast between Chinese and foreign petroleumenterprise. And then tables proposals in national and petroleum enterprise lay.There are four things we should do, to strengthen the government diplomacy,to evade the international trade risk and political risk, to build up integralpetroleum financial system and to support private own enterprise tointernationalize.In the international petroleum market full of ruthless competition,Chinese petroleum business enterprises should take the beneficial marketopportunity, well implement the development strategy and competitionstrategy of the enterprise strategy, and strive hard to improve its corecompetitive capacity. Only in this way, Chinese petroleum enterprises can bein the invincible position in the international market.
