| Construction industry is the earliest industry to start multinational operating in Chinese enterprises. With the continuous development of the world economy and the basic formation of integrative competition pattern in the global market, our construction enterprises get a relatively rapid development in the international construction market. However, the shortage of the internationalization high-quality talented persons has the heavy impact on the development of the construction enterprises in the international market, compared with developed countries, there is a significant gap.This paper based on the micro-perspective of enterprises, through the environment and status quo analysis of talented persons during the multinational operation, targeted at the actual situations of the construction enterprises in China, and learnt from some of the more mature strategy model for internationalization talented persons, puts forward the strategic scheme of internationalization talented persons during the multinational operation progress of the construction enterprise and the approach of strategic implementation and control. Finally, this paper takes the Qverseas Development Co., Ltd of Anhui Construction Engineering Group as an example, makes an empirical research on the strategy of internationalization talented persons during the multinational operation progress of the company. The research conclusions of this paper can play enlightenment and use for reference in the strategic development of internationalization talented person procession during the multinational operation progress of our construction enterprises. |
