Services Offshore Outsourcing Motives, Effects And Countermeasures Analysis

With the development of globalization and information technology, theservice off shoring has become the strategic option of many transnationalcorporations to increase core competence. It also leads to the new shiftof industries around the world. The purpose of this dissertation is toanalyze the reason for the rapid development of service off shoring, andits impact on parent countries, host countries and the whole world. Wesuggest that China should attach great importance to service off shoring,draw and implement proper policies to gain more shares in the service offshoring market, as it could bring many benefits to the host countries.
