The financial crisis caused by American subprime crisis swept the whole world in 2008. Until now, the economy of some countries is recovering. However, it lacks stable basis, none of these countries has really walked out of this global financial crisis. The financial crisis has a far-reaching impact on real economy including service off-shoring industry.Based on the financial crisis as the background and service off-shoring as the breakthrough point, we combine qualitative and quantitative research to define relevant concepts and summarize relevant theories. This paper first analyses market size,market distribution and market characteristics of the global service off-shoring under the financial crisis. And then it clarifies the chances for clients to strengthen their offshore transfer consciousness and changes to service off-shoring market distribution. Second, this paper reveals the impacts of financial crisis on Chinese undertaking service off-shoring, which appraises internal and external environment for china to take in service off-shoring under the financial crisis by SWOT analysis. Finally, we looks for the countermeasures for china to take in service off-shoring under the financial crisis from the government level, enterprise level and multilateral joint angle. We hope that china can build on strengths, resolve weaknesses, exploit opportunities, avoid threats under the financial crisis and try its best to take in service off-shoring.Just like the old saying"luck and misfortune comes in turn", this paper does its best to find opportunities out of threats and helps Chinese service off-shoring providers to become more physically fit in order to meet the economic comprehensive recovery.
