This article selects the best quit form of participating risk investment of our country's mineral enterprises and then resigns this form on the basis of introducing present quit forms of risk investment of our country.By means of the analysis above, this article believes that risk investment can become an effective way for our country's mineral enterprises to resolve questions, but it also have some questions during the concrete implementation process.
