The relationship between the different form of property organization and the performance of private toy' business in Zhu-San-Jiao was studied mostly . The objective was offering reference to enterpriser by analyzing the performance of enterprise with the different form of property organization, the main affect factors to the performance and the entrepreneurial selection to the form of property organization. Frist, the index system of the performance was designed on the basis of being determined possibly by making use of the balance calculate card, and the relationship between the different form of property organization and the performance was concludied by analyzing the influence mechanism of form of property organization to the performance. Then the performance and its main affect factors was determined and analysed by an empirical study. The conclution is: the entrepreneurial decision and the technology were the main affect factors to besiness performance;the family toy firm is tending to high performance in Zhu-San-Jiao. The last, going a step further, theory analyse was done about the empirical conclution , and some policy suggest was present for private entrepreneurial economic.
