Chengdu Sme Financing Status Quo And Countermeasures

Among registered industry and commerce corporations in Chengdu, medium and small size corporations account for more than 90%. For keeping continuous fast and sound development of economy,they have very important function which cannot be replaced. In Chengdu medium and small firms are absolutely necessarily to develop local economy. Small firms play an important role in increasing employment and improving technological output of products and export trades.It has been significant contents of Chengdu economy that these firms get fast and fine developments.But still there are some factors restrict their development. In these factors,the outstanding problem is small firms financing. If this problem cannot be well solved,they cannot get fine development,and it will affect the whole economic development in Chengdu.This thesis aims at solving the problem and studying present financing condition and counters plans of the small business enterprise in Chengdu.Firstly it analyses contrastively the advantage and disadvantage of Chengdu's economic environments, and analyses the financing environment factors of Chengdu's medium and small enterprises with MIS in the way of the finance, law, government support the system, social safe culture, competition, customer, proprietor and world social etc. To analyze the data from the survey statistically, this paper use Excel and SPSS as major tools.Secondly,the paper researches on the financing channels of XL Corporation and concludes the common pace including mostly these step of the management such as evaluating to the XL company, analyzing of necessity to financing, affirming of the financing amount of money, the choice to the financing method, the valuation of the financing cost, the design to the best financing combination, the evaluation of financing performance and the financing withdrawal.Thirdly, the author gives some advice about how to solve Chengdu medium and small firms'financing in order to make them developing quickly and healthy from the angle of the small business enterprise in Chengdu oneself and the aspect of government, bank, guarantee organization, risk investment, ownership of a share financing and...
