Sichuan Survey And Design Enterprise Development Strategy

This paper mainly discusses the management actuality of Sichuan Reconnaissance and Design Enterprise (SRDE), and constitutes the development strategy of SRDE combining with the investigation of engineering consultation industry through analyzing the environment of macro economy.Analysis about macro economy environment includes: national total development object and economy policy, national macro system of politics,law and social culture, national industry development and strategy, regional economy analysis and its effects from China's entry to the WTO.Investigation about engineering consultation industry includes: development condition , the analysis of highway design industry environment and its effects from the WTO.Having investigating the management actuality of SRDE, its development strategy and layout are proposed, include: total development strategy, competition strategy, business strategy, marketing strategy, production strategy, human resource strategy , enterprise culture strategy, furthermore strategy implementation etc.Why this strategy is proposed bases on such facts as follows. In fact, a lot of questions of SRDE is still existent, which are not being resolved at present. In terms of the analysis about SRDE, the most important and pressing task is how to realize the construction of SRDE's system. During this process, innovator must have the all-around eyesight and confidence, and must have the clear and tangible steps and objects of reformation, only in this way can we propose the correct development strategy of SRDE.
