Use Of The Trust To Solve Urban Infrastructure Financing Problem

Urban infrastructure is the base on which a city runs and develops. It provides general condition for urban manufacture and people's livelihood. In this way, it has intimate relationship with the development of urban economy. Urban infrastructure is a necessary condition to realize the utilization of economy, social and environment。It plays an important role in economy development of a city. But considering the status in quo of the construction of urban infrastructure in our country, there are still quite a lot of problems. We mainly discuss the problem of financing of urban infrastructure.The paper clutches at the core problem how to rise and manage the constructive capital of the urban infrastructure, and probes into the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of financing manners, and combines the good development situation of trust industry, we table a proposal of utilizing trust to solve the problem of urban infrastructure's financing. Compared with other financing ways, the advantages of the trust are the quicker financing speed, the lower cost, the smaller risk, and a higher income. The urban infrastructure can need much bigger financing scale and the lower financing cost.
