Trust Financing Problem Research Of Infrastructure Construction In China

As we all know, infrastructure is the basis for the survival and development of social conditions, which provides production and life basis for people. Meanwhile, infrastructure involves a lot of capital investment. Since the guarantee entered the field of infrastructure construction, it has demonstrated strong investment financing capacity. Obviously, the guarantee for the infrastructure sector has so many benefits:For social investors, they can rational use idle funds; Infrastructure can solve its financial problems; the guarantee business can go with rapid innovation and new business development. However, China’s infrastructure construction on the current status exists many problems and questions. From the guarantee industry environment or from the guarantee industry, there are many limitations of development, such as the guarantee’s high threshold, and so on.The purpose of this study is to analyze the guarantee infrastructure financing model from the case perspective from the case. By operation of the guarantee article detailing instances, guarantee financing for infrastructure development practices, and policies and regulations t, this paper wants to provide some references. In order to clarify the operation of this business, this pattern paper explored intensively, thus I can provide a more detailed analysis and policy recommendations to the related part of theory and practice in current situation.The article is divided into six chapters; the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction. Introductory section presents the research background, significance, purpose and research content, textual structure, research methods. The final part of the article describes the main contribution points and shortcomings. The second chapter is the literature review section. This part sorts out the domestic and foreign related literature. Then the paper briefly summarizes and comments the study’s main clues and other aspects of previous research findings. The third chapter gives a brief overview bn guarantee financing. Guarantee financing definition, characteristics, classification. The forth part specifically introduces the model of guarantee financing in construction and compares with other financing instruments. And then, the paper analyses the feasibility and risk points of this mode. The fifth chapter is the core part of the case study. This part provides a systematic introduction of the whole case process:from the overview, feasibility, potential risks of the project. The sixth part makes some suggestions based on the previous analysis.On research methods, this paper mainly combines the normative research and empirical research. The paper firstly concludes the previous studies by normative analysis, then introduces the process of the case so as to provide some references to the practices.The main highlight of this article can be summarized in the following two parts:first, the angle of this topic is novel. There are few previous studies on specific research on infrastructure funding guarantees. Secondly, the method of this research is innovative.
