Urban-rural Income Gap In Heilongjiang Province

Emergering and changing law of income gap between urban and rural residents is an issue to which has been paid a good deal of attention by politics, sociology, economics and etc, is also one of the hot spots of society in each period. Aiming at the issue, the domestic and foreign scholars have done many thorough research from the different aspect. In the present posture of entering a new stage of development in Chinese socialist market economy society, the magnifying issue of income gap in our province ,even throughout the country, which caused a good many of society and economic problems ,such as, bad public order, insufficient consumer spending and so on, has been a latent threat for society speed , steady, sustainable development. Because of being hedged with some conditions, we haven't formed a set of guidable standard which is suitable for our economic development character, and scientific , systemic , logical regulation measure. So making sure how much the gap , finding out the origin of the gap, coming up with a solution to close the gap are on our priority list in constructing socialisms harmonious society and comprehensively constructing well-off society. In order to get comprehensive analysis for the gap, my thesis is built on some development economic theories , not only keeping to the international economic cutoff for income gap, such as per capital income ratio between city and village resident , gini coefficient, but also considering the developing period of socialist market economy , system of income distribution, and executive policies in new developing history.
