The Study Of The Evolution And Mechanism Of People’s Income In Heilongjiang Province

Economic differences become the focus in the current regional economic problems,how to effectively the detection and control of regional economic disparities,making it the promoting regional economic growth,is a common problem encountered in the process of world economic development.The socialist concept of development the fundamental is to improve a person’s life,and the per capita income is not only a reaction the important indicators of people’s life quality,at the same time,people’s income level of the regional difference is the important measure of balanced regional development is measured.Since China’s reform and opening up,the rapid development of economy in Heilongjiang province at the same time,the economic structure and policy tilt,and so on the reason caused the residents’ income gap is widening.How to plan as a whole exhibition and pace of agricultural development,coordinating urban and rural development pace is the outstanding problems in economic development in Heilongjiang province.This paper takes the county of Heilongjiang province as the research unit of administrative zones,the use of standard deviation,coefficient of variation,thile index,average amplitude and mean rate measure index system and exploratory spatial data analysis methods,such as,from time and space layout and the evolution of the two sides,in the income of urban and rural residents of Heilongjiang province,on the basis of comprehensive evaluation,focusing on analysis of rural residents and the income of urban and rural residents in Heilongjiang province regional spatial difference,comparing the income of urban and rural residents in our province absolute gap and relative gap,the level of income disparity between urban and rural residents,towns and villages,and analyze the factors lead to the formation of the residents’ income difference between urban and rural areas,by utilizing the method of stepwise regression analysison the influencing factors of rural residents’ income gap in Heilongjiang province for correlation analysis.Study will deepen the net income of rural residents of Heilongjiang province space differences and the understanding of the causes,to targeted to promote the province’s urban and rural residents income equilibrium growth policies and measures to provide reference for implementation.The results show that the Heilongjiang province rural residents per capita income level is lower than all urban residents per capita income level,and the gap is growing;Heilongjiang province rural and urban residents income levels continue to increase.The rural residents income area relative and absolute difference significantly increased;Obvious spatial agglomeration condition,there is the phenomenon of polarization,and the degree of differentiation was continuously strengthen;The main performance of the spatial pattern of differences to the southeast and Midwest space differences.Urban residents income gap between absolute steady expansion trend,relative to the trend of widening differences between slow;Residents income level as similar regional integration is abate,but continued income disparity expand.Obvious took Zhaoyuan and Hulin county attachment to high low spatial differentiation.Rural residents income low lags behind the urban and rural residents income growth,urban and rural residents widening income gap rate showed a trend of slow sharply increased after the first;The inside of the rural income gap should be greater than the income gap of urban internal,the income gap between urban and rural is a major part of residents’ income gap change in Heilongjiang province.The income of urban and rural residents increased year by year in Heilongjiang province has four reasons: the level of economic development,economic structure,population structure and agricultural production.Stepwise regression analysis in Heilongjiang province rural residents income level
