The Competitiveness Of Smes. Cluster Perspective Study

Small and middle—sized businesses are an important componant of national economy , and are great motive force of economy .While clusters of enterprises , as a from of its organisation , can bring a positive effect to the promotion of the competitive power of the businesses , This paper begins with the study of the present situation of the clusters of enterprises both home and abroad , and analysizes the competitive power of the businesses on the basis of a thorough analysis of clusters of enterprises , therefore present an analytical framework of its competitive power of clusters of enterprises . Then The paper takes Shengzhou's Tie Clusters of Enterprises as a sample to verify the feasibility of the analylica'e framework . Lastly,on the basis of the practical research of the theory of clusters of enterprises , this paper points out the existing problems in the local clusters of enterprises , and proposes a solution to the problems in the hope for a promotion of the competitive power of small and middle-sized enterprises by way of aggregation .
