This article has explained training transformation in a psychological way, and has described its characteristic and positive research conclusion. I made up the insurance agent training transformation questionnaire and got the following conclusions amount to the investigation of 150 insurance agents from 5 job departments of Xu Yu Company of Chinese life insurance company:(1) In real business development activities, the insurance agent can put the training content into use consciously . The rank and job area of undergo trainee is an important factor of influencing the intensity of Training Transformation. (2) As regard of training content, business development training of psychology transformation intensity to be further more obvious about business development skill. As regard of course of training, the trainer's ability to express and intensity that is transformed to training of lessons style have prominent influence; On the training method, undergo training people prefer to be trained interdynamically type further; The transformation of the psychology of training time , professional knowledge and business development is correlated with(3) Atmosphere organizing, notably measure retraining, self training of undergo trainee is another important influence factor of raising Training Transformation intensity while the organization hasn't pay close attention to the influence of self-training measures.
