This paper introduced the concept of training and the development of theoretical research paper analyzes the training and the importance of training mechanism design, and then conduct training needs analysis, training needs analysis through the training set goals, objectives for the training and guidance of the training programme, Other elements of the various components of the training to improve assessment and modification theory, pointing out that from the design of training which should be considered under specific circumstances preferential treatment, through greater focus on the achievement of the organization valuable results of improved training proceeds through cost profit rather than concern about the role of training to enhance credibility and strength of the strategic application of assessment methods to enhance cost-effectiveness of the training on the impact of operating results. (hereinafter referred to: "CITIC-Pru") as a marketing mechanism for training study.
