Research and development in the billowing tide globalized in the trans-corporation, China, as a big developing country, steady politics, economic sustained and rapid development, the market huge, the infrastructure is fine, workforce resources are abundant and the cost is not high, become the hometown where the trans-corporation contends for, beach in China and research and develop one after another . Already many trans-corporations began to set up research and development centre in China since middle period of 1990s. Especially in recent years, the trans-corporation is in China's individual proprietorship , joint-venture rapidly, set up a lot of research and development organizations cooperatively, and this one develops situation that is in rising constantly. This thesis is on the basis of analysing and summarizing the present trans-corporation and researching and developing current situation characteristic and overall trend globalized, analyze the front that this new international economic situation brings to developing country and negative effect, and then study the trans-corporation in China, especially opportunity and challenge that the investment in research and development of the trans-corporation brings to development of our country, proposed strategic objective and countermeasure measure to this international economic situation that our country should finally, how to go after profits and advoid disadvantages, the technological innovation ability of improving enterprises of our country.This thesis chases floor analyzing from the whole world to the place , from macroscopic to the microcosmic in studying yardstick; Study and combine with positive research with the norm on the research approach, and is good at the real example. The thesis divides into four chapters altogether, chapter one carries on the theory survey to trans-corporation R&D globalization and relevant research results of enterprise's technological innovation mainly, right on the basis of summarizing the trans-corporation and researching and developing main behavior globalized, have focused on three respects from trade characteristic , regional pattern , investment motive and analysed the trans-corporation research and develop the essential feature globalized and universal law ; Chapter two of thesis is analysed emphatically the trans-corporation does analysis to that our country researches and develops the reason , current situation , problem displayed , faced and development trend shifted . Chapter three adopt and standardize analysis and real example and analyse the method combined, it is analysed that trans-corporation R&D shifts the impact on enterprise's technological innovation of our country. Like economic globalization, the research and development globalization of the trans-corporation is equally a double-edged sword.
