The entrance fee of internal tourist attractions kept rising, drawing the attentions of all social circles, which became a hot topic of internal tourism these years. This paper made both quantitative statistic and qualitative theoretic analysis. According to the report of statistic analysis, seven factors has been primarily confirmed, which are correlated to the level of entrance fee of internal tourist attractions, including grade of quality, system of management, type of product, environment of trading, area of tourist attractions, environments of tourist industry and social economy, in the order of degree of correlation. There is a marked correlation between the first five factors and the level of entrance fee. No marked correlation between the environments of industry and social economy and the level of entrance fee has been found in the statistic analysis. But in the qualitative theoretic analysis, the author has given the reasons why the last two factors still has been considered as important ones. The results of theoretic analysis suggest that, behind the seven influential factors, two kernel profit relationships has decided the level of entrance fee of internal tourist attractions. Those two relationships are supply and demand of protection funds and tourism attraction products. Tightly related to the kernel profit relationships, there are four groups whose benefits are being affected by the level of entrance fee. Those groups are government, operators of tourist attractions, social public and tourists. They have been pushing the level of entrance fee to different orientation to protect their own benefits.
