Research On Influential Factors Of Domestic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Based On TJJY Pharmaceutical Corporation

The government report issued in March 2018 points out: “The Chinese government will deepen the comprehensive reform of public hospitals,coordinate and pro-mote the reform of medical care price,drugs distribution,and medical insurance,and implement the co-reform of medical treatment,medical insurance,and medicine”.As the medical reform going into its deep end,pharmaceutical companies are proactively seeking for new pharmaceuticals pricing strategies.Due to insufficient knowledge of influential factors of pharmaceuticals pricing,however,their pricing strategies lack rationality and therefore have negative influence on operation and development of the companies.In this thesis,the author mainly studied the influential factors of pharmaceuticals pricing in China based on a multitude of literature research and made empirical analysis.Combining with the practical conditions of pharmaceuticals pricing in China,the author proposed a series of research hypothesis in terms of institutional and non-institutional influential factors.Methods of questionnaire survey and interview were utilized to investigate and survey 530 samples.After performing correlation analysis and factor analysis,the author came to the conclusion: Pharmaceuticals pricing is influenced by 7 factors including cost management system of pharmaceutical enterprises,bidding and purchasing system of enterprises,regulation policies of pharmaceutical pricing established by the government,flow rate of pharmaceuticals,in-formation symmetry between hospitals and patients,medical insurance environment,and research and development environment.Based on the preceding research results,the author studied the countermeasures against pharmaceuticals pricing of enterprises,which are also instructional significance.
