Research, Knowledge-based Network Organization Design

As the networking organization takes melt fuzzily at the border and has the structural flexibility ,it is paid close attention to worldwide with the rise of e-commerce and knowledge economy. Compared with the institutional framework which is divided into different departments for social estate system and functions, the members of the networking organization generally enter into cooperation in the form of agreements . But it is difficult to realize the real cooperative effect, because of ignoring member's own knowledge and abilities. There are many enterprises all over the world who try to construct networking organizations, but few successed. The networking organization sets up on the basis of knowledge .It fully makes this recessive key element of knowledge in mind.So it can enable its members through the cooperation of sharing and innovation of knowledge,which realize the mutual supplement with each other's advantages and reach the strategic objective of the organization. It has become a new effective way to design networking organization. But the research of this organization mode is still at the starting stage. There is lack of operational tools. Therefore, the theory can't guide practice of enterprises .This thesis is devoted to constructing the networking organization's model on the basis of knowledge, and carry on research to the design of the knowledge-sharing platform and the choices of cooperative partners. Its goal is to be important theoretical guidance which functions to enterprise which can strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises through the process of integrating and being educated.all over the world.There are eight chapters. Chapter one is the introduction. The thesis makes an introduction about the research background such as meaning , research contents and frame of the method. Chapter two is a theory survey. To carrying on clear definition on the basis of the networking relevant concepts that organizes of knowledge, review and appraise to research results in relevant fields,it points out in the theory meaning herein and realistic meanings.
