Study On The Knowledge Sharing Within The Networking Organization Based On The Knowledge Chain

With the fast development of the modern information and communication technology, there happens some profound transformation in the modern society, and a new form of economy has come into being——networking economy. In order to adapt to fast changing and complex market demand under the network economy, networking organization and interrelated organization phenomena emerge. At the same time, with the knowledge economy rises, the knowledge has become the most important resource of the society production, also the theory and practice of the knowledge management has rapidly been developed. The essential of the knowledge management——the knowledge sharing happens to have the same view with the construction fundamental and the operation object of the networking organization. In this background, this thesis discusses knowledge sharing within the networking organization. Furthermore, knowledge sharing of the networking organization based the view of knowledge chain has been creatively analyzed, which enriches the theoretical study system of the organization knowledge management.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1) Utilizing the correlative investigation of the theoretic and the organization phenomena, the trend of the organization change and the connotation of networking organization in some aspects, including the concept, basic types and so on, have been deeply analyzed. That the cooperation between the knowledge of the inner and outer organization is the foundation of the networking organization has been proposed.(2) As the important effect of the knowledge sharing in the networking organization, the knowledge sharing is analyzed in detail. At the same time, the root, process and the characteristic of the knowledge sharing mechanism of the networking organization have been probed into. At last, based on the lifecycle of networking organization and the three phases of the knowledge sharing, the process phase model of the knowledge sharing within the networking organization has been put forward.
