In the context of globalization and the knowledge economy, the knowledge has become the company’s core strategic resources, more and more enterprises to choose the contemporary with the enterprises which have different advantages of knowledge resources to cooperate. Knowledge collaboration with many organizations becomes the powerful means of many enterprises to enhance their competitiveness of which knowledge sharing is undoubtedly one of the most convenient means. Networked organization has a strong vitality in today’s complex organizational environment. From the perspective of knowledge, to master the core knowledge, technical resources and information, mastered by the networking organization members, essentially constitutes a knowledge value network, become a natural source of access to external knowledge. How to get more knowledge through sharing knowledge and increase their stock of knowledge, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises, is a research topic of great value. However, due to the complexity and instability of networked organization, the knowledge-sharing of networked organization facing sharing risk and conflict. Egoism, organizational environment of uncertainty and unstable relationships between members of the networked organization restricts effective knowledge sharing. For these reasons, the member companies can not get all the relevant information about decision-making in the development of making knowledge sharing decisions, so this is a decision-making under incomplete information and Bounded Rationality problem. This article first carries on the literature review about knowledge, knowledge sharing and knowledge of the game theory and summarizes the current related research. Then, from knowledge spillovers-digestion and absorption of knowledge-knowledge and secondary knowledge overflow to analyze the process of knowledge sharing within the networked organization, so as to establish a knowledge sharing process model among members within the organization, proposed factors affecting knowledge sharing based on the model. On this basis, established asymmetric replication dynamics evolutionary game model, and examined their impacts on knowledge sharing decision-making from the economic factors and inter-firm relations factors, researched the internal mechanism and its evolution process of knowledge sharing among networked organization members, to develop effective knowledge sharing decision-making based on evolutionary stable strategy for the enterprises, to propose gains recommendations of enterprises and the networked organization.
