Therefore it has found favor with more and more people, for we want to return to nature, live peacefully and comfortablly.This article not only deals with the overseas investment, the subsection of the market, the managing risk and marketing resistance, but also it gives the detailed analyses of the present situation of the international market and our national development as well.Hence, based on the above analysis, the global market strategies are proposed as follows:1.
