The Reform Of Pension Insurance Premium Management Practice And Exploration

This article focuses on the reform of pension insurance fee contribution and management in Zhengjiang city, Jiangsu Province , and analyzes the existing problems in current pension insurance fee contribution and; management mechanism. By examining the theory of social security and pension insurance and development of social security and pension contribution system,, the author studies the necessity and feasibility of pension contribution reform, researches the main procedures concerning the pension insurance fee contribution management, deeply explores the adjustment of the pension contribution management system. To promote the effect of pension contribution system, the article proposes to adjust the way of the pension insurance fee contribution system, strengthen the budget management, set up a check-up system, realize the feedback of information and the whole process, and build the departments' coordinated performance. A new practical operation system to strengthen the management of the pension contribution should be built, in which all the departments having clear responsibility and target, high cooperation ,perfect disposition and fund balance.
