Since the reform and open policy, great changes have happened in the labor market structure. Along with the implementation of the bilateral choice system, it is more difficult for the graduates to obtain employment, and the problem is outstanding for the female. They experience the working units' gender discrimination while applying for jobs.Taking economic classics discrimination model as rationale, this project used the theories and methods of law, sociology and psychology about the employment discrimination question research for reference, and then gathered the data of "Gender discrimination question investigation and study on undergraduates' employment (the report of Nanjing area)" in 2005. This paper founded the linear structural equation modeling and made the path analysis of the factors which affected subjective judgment by some statistic analysis methods such as statistic describes, comparable analysis, and multi-response analysis and so on.In conclusion, the employment discrimination is objective existence for female graduates, even if the gender discrimination is unable to measure with income at present. It leads the female undergraduates engender the strong self-discrimination, which causes undergraduates exaggerate the negative influence of the gender discriminate on employment subjectively, and will affect their anticipatory employment finally. So the undergraduates' subjective cognition cannot be ignored. Under the background of the expanded contradictory between the supply and demand in the labor market day by day, the undergraduates' subjective judgment will induce the gender discrimination in recruit students, and even influence the family birth decision-making. Thereby, it is necessary to adopt a series of the economy and law methods to insure the female undergraduates have equal employment opportunity.
