In recent years, the employment of university graduates has become a important problem which the government concerns, the ultimate goal that many people receive higher education is to get a good job. However, due to all kinds of reasons, for many students in college when they graduate from the university, they will get no jobs at the same time. Especially for girls, they often even don't have choice to choose at all. Therefore, to solve this problem of unemployment with gender discrimination has important theoretical and practical significance.This issue according to the western scholars'theory of discrimination in employment improves the domestic scholars'basic research methods and finds out the fact that there is a problem of gender discrimination in the employment of the people who get higher education. This paper uses information economics, econometrics, and cost-utility analysis models to analyze the gender discrimination in employment about the students who graduated in present year. Firstly, this paper according to the information economics draws a conclusion that there is gender discrimination in the employment of the people who get higher education. Secondly, this paper through the graphics shows that the gender discrimination in the employment does harm to individuals, businesses and social, and then this paper through game theory analysis to shows that the gender discrimination has adverse effects in the long-term. Finally, though an Empirical Study on the problem of gender discrimination in the employment of the people who get higher education, the paper shows the reasons for such discrimination, and the factors affecting such discrimination. Because of these factors, in order to address this problem, this paper makes a series of recommendations, just from economics, sociology and law.
