After China joins WTO, the IT market of mainland has been opened in an all-round way. As the end of industry chain, the compatible PC seller are facing with the strong competitors and they are looking for the answer to how to keep and improve their marketing performance. CRM is the key factor for the most companies to strengthen their competitive power.With a basis of enterprise named CHENDU YOU LIAN and by using abroad matured CRM theory and case study for reference, the thesis analyses CRM's application system and hierarchy features connecting with its information strategic scheme. The information construction of CRM is not a terminal goal and it is only for more easy means to carry out CRM. There are three important respects that can't be ignored in CRM: customer management, staff organization and procedure improvement. The thesis makes elaborate and concrete analysis on CHENDU YOU LIAN and carries out the deep study of above-mentioned three respects. In my opinion, customer information quality, customer category management, costumer loyalty management and customer value development are indispensable for the customer management.
