Knowledge economy is established on the production, allotment and usage of knowledge and information, which is based on knowledge and uses it as the capital investment to develop the economy and makes it be one of the most important component in the production elements. Knowledge economy puts great emphasis on the important status of knowledge in the development and also reflects the features of the intensive sustainable development, human-centered, invisible as well as globalized. As the result, this kind of economy brings great effects on the organization and arrangement styles of the corporation producing activities. The development of knowledge economy has reflected the significant position of intangible resources only does the level of Industry Age that reflects the obvious existing defects of narrow extent of identification, too-conserved calculation and relatively little disclosure, etc. The light consciousness of corporations to operate the intangible resources, incapability of operation become the bottleneck against improvement of corporations.
