Third-party Payment Analysis

This thesis focuses on the research of the Third-party online payment. Nowadays and henceforth, the development of EC (electronic commerce) will become one kind of tidal and the tendency in the whole world, which has received the attentions from all parts, we can get this conclusion from International Organization and main developed countries'working out and constituting the standards and laws upon EC, and the crowds'actively participating in the EC exchange. So why do people actively put their eyes on EC? The reason lies that the new ideas and the new pattern EC has adopted to developed business based upon Internet and newly emerging computer technologies, has enabled EC to get some potential advantages such as low costs, all-weather, any time and anywhere which has promoted revolutionary changes in traditional commerce. In recent years along with the development of China's internet and the increase of the crowds'online actives, EC has made a tremendous progress in China and become common interests of the whole society, which can be shown as a great market capability and a flourishing future. The thesis is trying to begin with the aspect of caring for and promoting the development of EC, make a research on the problem existing in EC's exchanging, and also trying to bring forward pertinence solutions so that can be of some meaning to the practices, which will be the fundamental outline of the thesis. In regard of the elements which have a close relationship with EC, we can regard the online payment system and logistical system as two important points, especially a safe and effective online payment system will be a fundament which enables EC to make a full use of its advantages, and therefore from the angle of Online Payment, we can promote the EC correctly and greatly, so I will launch the discussion on the center of online payment.
