Affected by the traditional idea of delivering the results have paid their dues, and our country's limited credit system, not high social credibility, in the process of e-commerce the problems of credit have become the bottleneck that constraints the development of online payment. Internet banking cannot be competent if it acts as the role of payment intermediation from the respect of professional and efficiency. If the effective measures of new payment system will be leaded into, it will be solved combined with and problems of credit and payment.Online payment mode of the third-party payment is leaded into in this dissertation to solve the problems of credit and payment in the transaction in e-commerce. The third-party payment is a new payment mode, it acts as a fair middleman with consumer and business, it guarantees by the credit of both parties to reduce the related risk greatly and improve the turnover rate of online trading.This dissertation summarizes the problems of the third-party payment mechanism at present by case studies of nowadays several main the third-party payment platform, including of credibility, funds in transit, security, profit model, relevant laws and the relationship with banks of the third-party payment platform and probes the reasons and the solutions deeply.In the last part of the thesis, it conclude the ways or ideas on the previous problems, including of industry Standardization Management, new regulatory approach on settlement funds, application on digital certificate, new profit model, the draft of relevant laws and regulations and the competition and cooperation of the banks etc..The object studied in this dissertation- the third-party payment is an emerging thing in e-commerce and it is the most intense discussion and a most acuity topic. Because e-commerce developed rapidly, and it is used widely too, but it lags in theory study and policy fields, it still exits many problems to solve. I expect the study of my dissertation will have an effect upon the reality.
