Belong with the rapidly development of the network communication technology and the increasing number of e-commerce activities, the traditional e-commerce platform cannot meet the needs of modern e-commerce transactions. Because of the unique online payment, as well as the independence of the transaction process, the Third-party online payment platform has been great concerned, and developed rapidly. Until to2011, the Third-party online payment platform deal size has reached800billion yuan, and compared with773.66billion yuan in2010, the increase ratio in2011up to67.2%; the ratio of online shopping in the total social retail sales rose from2.9percent in2010to20114.3%, while online shopping users reach187million. So the Third-party online payment industry of China grow rapidly, and have great potential. However, due to the late step of the development of the Third-party payment platform in China, there have no perfect relevant laws and regulations, some bad phenomenon such as, the not clear legal status, moral hazard, the risk of money laundering, the risk of viruses, the virtual account residual funds resulting from the risks as well as industry homogenization of products competing risks has increase. Therefore, study the development of the Third-party online payment industry in China, have strong theoretical significance and practical significance.This article study from the relevant management theory, combined with the current international and domestic Third-party online payment’s development, firstly, we study the theory of the Third-party online payment platform about the concept, characteristics and significance, especially focus on the analysis the he plight and prospects of the third-party online payment industry development in China. Then, this article focuses on the problems encountered by the company of "fast money", and under this background, we give some advice about the company’s development strategy, such as the direction of development, competitive strategy and risk strategy. Finally, under the study above, we point about some problem of the Third-party online payment industry’s development in China. I hope this article make good use for the development of the Third-party online payment in China, especially the development of the company of "Quick Money".
