Since 1980s', the globalization of the world's economy have stepped quickly, companied with which the international capital flow moves even more frequently. Since 90s'there were even several financial crisis broken out, which has brought great damage to the countries suffered. Most of these financial crisis has great relation to the mass and high-speed international capital flow. All of these make out that the capital flow is a"two-edged sword": it can speed a country's economy development,while it also can cause the economic deterioration, because of the over-flow-in of the international short-term capital.China's international capital flow has turned into the stronge net flow-in since the second half of 2002, compared with the continuous flow-out duiring 1997 to 2001. The huge international capital, especially the short-term capital, flows to our country, plays more and more important role in our economy, and has raised our great attention.Combined with the relative theory and China's pratice, this thesis aims at the the international short-term capital which flow into China since 2002, mainly analyses the prsent situation, the influenced factors, the potential risk and impact it brought to China's economy, and what's more, the political advice which could put the international short-term capital under control to some extent.The thesis mainly include five parts.
