Social Equity Definition And Realization Of Way

Social equity issues in China's current economic and social development is of great theoretical and practical significance, and it is a controversial topic too. Scholars and workers have practice social equity issues in-depth consideration and extensive discussion. Therefore, the author attempts to draw families in a wide range of insights on the basis of the guidance of instructors and experts, and blending in-depth-study of life and reflection, to express own thoughts away.The first part of the article attempt to define social equity on the basis of revealing the meaning of fair and its characteristics , then provide the fundamental evaluation criteria and the current social equity specific evaluation criteria. After analyzing social equity identity, the second part of this article mainly focused on its important historical status. The first and the second part more emphasis on the theoretical analysis, and the third and the forth attempt to use theory to analysis the current status of China's social equity, given the author's insights on China to achieve social equity.In my view, social equity could be understood as, in social standpoint, the interpersonal socio-economic, political, cultural rational distribution of the obligations and the power, in which the equitable distribution in the core is economic status, at the same time, political and cultural fair have an important position too. Social equity is concrete and historical. Social equity should be fundamentally evaluated by the needs of each era's production system. In addition to fundamental rights fully equal, the Chinese ideal of a fair society should be a reality within a reasonable gap; we should anti egalitarian, but also against polarity. Social equity is of great significance for social development, for social equity could provide a stable environment as well as conducive to efficiency and itself is an important social value too.
