New Yizheng Adjustment Of Industrial Structure And Industrial Layout Optimization Study

Industry is the framework of national economy and industrial structure is the inner indication of the regional economic development.Rational industrial structure and layout can achieve the optimization distribution of the resources in industries and space, make full use of the superiority of the region, and attain the maximal profit. Under the background of economic globalization and integration of regional economics, and confronted with global adjustment of industrial structure and transfer of international capital and manufacturing, it is vital for a region to adjust the industrial structure and optimize the industrial distribution.The thesis makes a case study of Yizheng County. The main contents are as follows: first, sums up the relevant theories and present headway about industrial structure and layout, analyses the affecting factors, the evolvement mechanism and the rationality appraisement of industrial structure; second, using SWOT means, the paper analyses the background of Yizheng's economic development; third, analyses Yizheng's economic development actuality, ascertains its economic place in different spectrum of region, estimates the economic development phase of it, and chooses the leading industries on the basis of sufficient analysis of Yizheng's inner industrial structure; at last, using theories about industrial layout and according to the traits of each industry, the author puts forward the optimization plan of Yizheng's industries layout.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Yizheng's location has an outstanding superiority. It has a long deepwater bank. With the support of enterprise clusters and some large projects such as Yizheng chemical fiber corp. ,the industry foundation of Yizheng is very good.(2) There are opportunities as well as challenges for Yizheng's development. Confronted with transfer of international capital and manufacturing, economical integration of Yangze delta, exploitation along Yangze River in Jiangsu Province and Yangzhou's "one body two wings" plan, Yizheng has great opportunities.While, there is a large gap in economic development level between Yizheng and the south of Jiangsu Province. With the impact of economic globalization and competition with the circumjacent cities, Yizheng also has great challenges.(3) Yizheng has a high proportion of second industry, while this doesn't mean a highindustrialization degree of Yizheng, but for the effect of an outsize enterprise——Yizhengchemical fiber corp..
