With the development of IT industry, the web games industry is playing a more and more important role in today's economy by is ever broadening market prospect and its promotion of the relevant industries. Both developed and developing countries are making use of their comparative advantages, and they are taking different ways increase the quality and competitiveness of their web games. At the initial stages of web games industry in China, games from OAmerica, Korea and Japan occupied most of the market and captured a large profit with little consumption of the resources of the exporting countries. Web games industry started very late in China, but with government support and local superiorities, is developing rapidly.The scholars in western countries pay more attention to the inner economic system of web games rather than to consider it as an industry. But in China, it can really promote the economy when we develop an export-oriented strategy for the industry. There are many connections between the web games industry and traditional industries. Both industries can be promoted thereby.On the base of the web games industry, a special international trade with the feature of E-commerce are formed and developed. It is very important for china to get an advantage position in the trade. This article starts by analyzing the developing condition and political environment of the web games industry and the writer put forward an exported-oriented strategy with Chinese feature. The exported-oriented economy development involves promoting the service of web games characterized by the 'export of golden coins export' and the byproducts of the web games. But to realize such development needs certain developing thinking of web games. The main content of the thinking contains four aspects: First, To standardize the fictitious trade represented by golden coins export. Second, To optimize the inner structure and create profiting model. Third, To combine web games with traditional industries and develop together. Fourth, To rationally solve the problem of games addiction.
